Maybe a sort of agreement could be made between CVA and Amarr Empire that they would deploy a Cathedral structure in Providence with a monastic order that would provide spiritual assistance to all travelers. The CVA is a beacon of hope and prolonged arm of amarrian justice in that region and the Cathedral would be a major landmark for all amarrians and allies.

If you want to confess your sins and repent there's daily service in the chapels of Epitoth Gate and Epitoth Labs. If you feel generous you can also donate money to an orphanage in Esa after service. If that's of importance to you, you can rest assured that our priests are all authorized by the Theology Council.
It's not like Providence would be a godless place with no churches - far from it as we have one of the highest Outpost densities in 0.0 space!

Lord Vaari, greetings to your noble house from this pilot and his humble corporation. Thank you for sharing you plans and vision for Providence with the capsuleer community.
I am not a religious man, but have spent much of my pod career in the Amarr Empire and am on good terms with several Amarrian business colleagues.
If you'll allow me, I would suggest caution and restraint in your holy quest. While CVA certainly maintains a mighty presence in and oversight of the Providence region, it is not solely through the support of Amarr loyalists, but with the collaboration of pilots and corporations of many backgrounds. Should strict religious edicts be put into place, the CVA support network may be eroded. I respect the stability the CVA bring to a low security region, and I would hate to see long-time business ties cut in this way.
