Didn't really paying attention, and i put sell order for couple of billions which took 120M for my market order commission. Any chance i get that 120m back?

Hehe, i somehow doubt it but i guess anything is possible. If order expires, do i get money back? I know that if i cancel it, i dont .

The Advanced Sell Order dialog box displays both a Broker's Fee and a Sales Tax. The Broker's Fee is paid when you set the order (or when you update the order), so that amount is gone. Sales Taxes are paid upon execution, so if the items are unsold, you haven't paid that yet (and you won't if you cancel the order).

The only way to get it back is convincing a GM to refund it.
Technically they're not supposed to but there's absolutely no consistency in their responses to petitions or for that matter their knowledge of the rules on such matters so you might just get lucky and get it back.

I've only ever heard of one person getting it back in my years being here. |

I did this a few years back by mistake as well - I contacted a GM and it was no trouble to have it refunded.
