Hi there.
I tend to price toons at 1.5bn per 10m sp and the cost of skills with penalties for poor training and bonuses for good training and specialisation.
Then If I am selling I try and make 10% more and buying I try and obtain for 10% less.
So... Your toon. 8 to 10 billion would be about right. To be honest, most people are looking to buy specialised toons, so the multi-race training, while fun and useful in some ways is seen as a dilution of the training points.
I would suggest if you get offered anything over 8bn take it. Personally, I wouldn't spend more than 6.5 on it myself, but that is because of what I look for.
