You don't really want to touch anything that's in it, but you're also glad the trash stays in there.

General Discussion tbh. Most threads are misconceptions and rumors, people too lazy to search things for themselves, and terrible troll threads and rants. At least CAOD is entertaining and on the odd occasion informative.
Most of GD makes the community look like douchebags.

its nothing but a joke as goons hijack every thread that has any actual meaning, and 90% of the stuff posted on it are lies as well.

CAOD is a bed of lies and epeen swinging, but the enhanced moderation standards there keep it from really being as bad as people say it is, quality-wise.
The real offenders are General Discussion and Crime & Punishment. You gots some shenanigans there I tell you.
But Features & Ideas is also bad in its own way, not because people start bad threads, but because well-meaning people present bad ideas. There's some good stuff there too but I mean come on. The following are just from the first page.
1. autopilot that takes you not only into a system, but into a station.
2. ninja salvage semi-nerf
3. salvage flagging
4. another salvage flagging
5. ore theft nerf via massive secure containers
6. 80% reduction in Mothership build cost
