How about before you decide to say something about the OP, maybe you should actually read the OP.  I'm asking here because I can't seem to find anything conclusive on the subject.

You told us you were just trying to find any info. A simple google search revealed abunch of good threads on the subject, including the dev blog about it.
Maybe Im being the jerk here, but it really bothers me when people won't spend 30 seconds trying to find their own info. This post was "almost" as lazy as the 30 posts a day asking for a Raven for lvl4 missions.

I tend not to use google and the like because all of my previous attempts we're filled will irrelevant threads and the search bar is about as useful as a stone flotation device, but not nearly as funny to think about.
My method of search was to go back through the pages on the forums, which yielded nothing useful. After about 15 minutes of that I decided that it would be faster and less frustrating to post about it, which also benefits the community who reads the forums and may not know what the new mechanics entail.
As I said, I tried, failed to find anything, and posted.
