i think they un-nerfed that particular problem with trps and cruise not doing full damage

As of about 16 hours or so before the patch going in, missile damage wasn't supposed to be tampered with, only missile flight times and speed.
So I wouldn't worry too much about it, because if torps damage was nerfed I am sure it was unintentional (according to what I was told at least), and I would expect it to be fixed.
Assuming of course that they didn't change their minds in the last 16 hours before the patch went in.

yep it was donne by mistake.. take a look at this Link where a GM explains what happend... (look at the last post)

whats happend now is that pirates can easy kill battleships in frigs. more kills, more proffit, no losses. And so the pirate hunters go frigs, and the alliances and then sudenly noone is loosing battleships and noone is buying new one and the prices drop like never seen before.
A frig is the best ship in the game now. Who in good sake would fly a bs fited frig mods.....

It was awesome, I had a raven doing like 15 damage to my interceptor per torp.

I thought with the new missle physics.........torps were NOT supposed to be able to hit frigates at all unless the frigate was in straight line travel towards or away from ship.
not sure.......i failed physics and calculous

Nah they worked just as usual, just they did pathetic damage. Typhoon will be a very popular battleship if these changes do get put in
