I am sure a lot of people have though of this, but: how exactly does this attribute resetting work?
For example I have actually considered learning up the charisma learning skills to 4/4, which, according to evemon would take me a whopping 5,5 days. Meaning that for 5 days of training, I would have 8 points to even out my other attributes.
Will this work? Should this work? If it does, it will make me jump in joy:)

You can only redistribute the BASE attributes, the 39 everybody gets.
You can't set any of them below 5 (and if you have any below 5, you need to taise them to 5), you can't set any above 15, you can't have more than 39 total.

I'm pretty certain the points given from learning skills cannot be moved to another stat.

Um ... how do we get this respec? I'm lost ... and considering I'm an old Amarrian with 28 pts in willpower, this has my interest, big time.

I have 3 points in Charisma to sacrifice for P/W.

Nah… your best bet is 33/26.4/22/22/22 and then train spaceships+guns or support skills+science/industry for a year (depending on which two attributes you assign those 33 and 26.4 scores to).

In-game, 1-year "cooldown", 2 for free for new post-M10 players, maybe 1 free for pre-M10 players, costs 5 mil ISK afterwards.

agreed, 5m is nothing, I have that much in ammo in my hangars that I'm just too lazy to reprocess or sell.

Just got back in-game yesterday. Tell the truth, it's good to see so many that I remember, you know? Nothing from taking a game break and coming back and everyone you know is gone.
