I'm looking for a relatively cheap, mostly T1 Harbinger that I can use to rat in 0.0 that is cap stable. I can use Cap recharger II's, but that's about it for T2.
Does this exist? I've been playing around with EFT and haven't been able to find anything that worked.

If you're ratting sansha and blood you'll find more cap charges in rat wrecks than you know what to do with. Use a cap booster.

What about either of these? You can of course replace T2 with T1 where appropriate. It's usually a bit easier to obtain cap stability using T1 modules because tech 2 modules tend to use more capacitor.
