Why just can't CCP change that only ones that can use the jump portals(missions) are the following
* Mission owner
* Fleet/gang members.
I can't understand why ccp allows loot thief's in empire without concord taken action.
If they can do their **** without no1 being able to do s*it, why don't make empire 0,0 instead.
Empire is a place for noobs and carebears and loot thief's should not be part of that.
and NO iam not a carebear, iam a 0,0 pvp:er but from time to time my rl gets busy and i like to do some missions instead.
and its really annoying not be able to do ****, specially when they are trying to bait you do aggro.

Loot thieves get flagged, you can attack them. Salvagers do not get flagged, because it's not your salvage. A wreck for salvaging technically belongs to the pilot, or his corp, but he died, may he rest in peace. At that point, the salvage is for whoever gets there first, even in the real world.
CAN WE STOP WITH THESE THREADS?!
