I have to get a new graphics card as mine is on it's last leg. Does there exist a card that works problem-free with the lastest mfg drivers with eve-online? if not, what's the best i can do? Any advice would be appreciated.

I can highly recommend the 9700 Pro - solid card, maybe not the fastests out there, but a stable and bug-free piece of metal it is. I've played EVE on it since beta, and I've never had problems with it.

I have both a FX 5900 Ultra and a 9800 Pro...
The FX card performs better, I'd go with an NVIDIA FX 5900 of some type...

I use a Radeon 9800 Pro and a Mobility Radeon 9700. Both work great. No problems at all.

Radeon 9600 Pro works pretty well, just make sure you get the card with 660mhz memory speed, the 400's really bog down.

Im using a Radeon 9800 Pro and have never had a single problem with any game including EVE
Whats even better is the prices have dropped big time on these cards since the new ones were deployed to market.
