How about we add a new science skill?
I was thinking about BPO's and BPC's and and idea popped in my head.
BPC's should be be rechargeable.
Ok so lets say we add the skill "Advanced Blue Prints"
Advanced Blue Prints - ( Level 5 Skill )
-5% time too BPC recharge time per level
Now recharging BPC's wont be a 10 min operation.
With the skill trained too level 1 it will allow you too use a labslot too recharge a empty BPC. But too recharge it takes just as long as makeing a copy accpet with each level you have in Advanced Blue Prints you get a 5% speed increase.
This would allow for people too recharge BPC's if they wanted. Also Inorder too recharge the BPC you must have the BPO.
This may not sound like a good idea but think about it.
Say it takes 10 days too make a 3 run battleship BPC.
after it runs out the person can return it and have it recharged for a small fee.
so if you have "Advanced Blue Prints" trained too level 5 it would only take 7.5 days too recharge much better than makeing a whole new copy. NO?
Also it can be used too help build a loyal BPC customer base.

not bad, not bad at all. researchers could also buy back used up bpc. hehe.. WTB 0-run apocalypse bpc!

Sounds like a good idea, especially for the corps that are heavy into manufacturing and need to run a few bps at once to meet demand.
