Farscape did in fact invent all of those things in Science Fiction. Sci-Fi as a genre not even existing before 1995.

I just rewatched the entire series, even the terrible corny ending in Peacekeeper Wars (hours of John and Aeryn talking).
One of the better Sci-fi shows, too bad they canceled a season early and had to wrap up with a rushed movie.

At the office my mission is first and foremost to convince everyone to watch Farscape. Got three people on it now... the rest are trying to escape.. but they will fail.

He was talking about Farscape, not BSG. SciFi stated that they would be releasing "webisodes" related to Farscape.
