Petra Katell	Posted - 2009.03.05 16:15:00 - [35] Not to take anything away from soho, as I'm sure he's a good pilot, but it really depends on what kind of PVP you do. If you're always in a 50 man gang, then of course it's much easier to get a high k/d ratio, compared to say someone that solos alot or flys in 5 man gangs. So while he may still be very good, generally speaking people that fly alone or in small gangs and still maintain a high ratio are the better overall pilots IMO.

Also, no offense, but I immediately dismiss anyone on the list that bases themselves in rancer. It's just too easy to sit there and get noob kills.

Ganking nubs is not hard at all, if you just want a sick amount of kills and an awsome k:d ratio, you can easily pop stupid nubs in lowsec in something that is designed/overpowered for exactly that situation. Anti-frig recon (Pilgrim) at FW-frig-only-plex? Aye, it's bloody easy to rack up stupid amounts of kills and get an awsome k:d ratio. But it still means that person took the time to do that. We never sit in low sec ganking, ever... Best pilot in eve is a broad statement, you would need to determine best at what first. Is he the best BS pilot, hac pilot, frig pilot, etc, etc... Soho is a good vaga pilot, eXtas is a good rapier pilot, Ginger is a good smartbombing bs pilot in low sec, Heiki is a good smartbombing bs pilot in 0.0, etc.. PS. For those battleclinic warriors out there, Satan and Kickass are the same char CCP has changed the chars name 2 times because of some bible pushers. You do the math...

If you bothered to read my post you might've got the point. Burn Eden (and your name was just a random pick since I know you been active a bit) is one way of getting stupid amounts of kills and get a nice k:d ratio. Low sec ganking of nubs a totally different. Both have same effect, you get stupid amounts of kills, and nice k:d ratio, that's it. Obviously low sec nubgriefers won't get a dime for it, while you guys do, so it's not even the same thing. I was purely talking k:d vs amount of kills and illustrated it. Don't get so emo here, and next time if you chill a bit you might be able to read the words before flipping out. -
