Alright, first thing is first, I am in a corp, in an alliance, and I want a POS for myself and a friend of mine. We pretty much live in 0.0 with our corp, and we spend most of our time ratting. Here's the problem, we're tired of living out of GSC's, and we want to put up our own POS, a small one, with a Hangar Array, a Ship Maintainence Array (maybe), and maybe a Refining Array (not sure about this one, depends on some other circumstances), basically so we don't have to live out of cans.
I'm aware of the fact that you have two options, Launch for Self, and Launch for Corp, is there anyway for this to work for two people? We would be the only ones using it and would like to be able to make sure no one else could just go in and take stuff. It's not a big deal, I'm just wondering if it's possible?

Short answer: Nope, you can't launch a POS for yourself.
Longer answer: Start a new corp with an alt, launch the POS for the new corp. Enter the POS force field password into your mains ships. But I'm not sure if you can give access to corp hangars at POS to members of other corps.

POSs are only useable by a corporation. Your alt cannot give you rights to use the facilities. You would need to get rights from your current corp to anchor one.
I suggest getting a small POS with the three mentioned arrays.

The main problem with making POSs personal is there's no current way to get rid of them. You can't war dec an individual only a corp or an alliance.
It could be done so that a POS had enough roles to make them for individual use but still corp property but the implications and coding around that doesn't bare thinking about.

The whole corp permissions system would really require a ground up rethink. It really does need this, but the time/effort/risk involved looks far too high from CCPs perspective.
