Not a bad start but need to get the learning up to par and as a former pirate myself knows neg sec status puts a nice dent in the toons resale value. Seriously consider working that out first as it will make you more in the end.
prolly see 1.5 max. If you worked out though issues and touched him up just a tad prolly get double that.

Thanks for the added interest guys, im still considering selling. Its just a tough decision for me for some reason.
