Tyrathect - good starter for pvp (frigate with tech II autocannon) or for mission running (can tank level 4 missions with tech II shield hardeners).

*positive security standing (over 3.0 from running level 4 missions with my primary character)
*no bounties or kill rights
*positive wallet but no assets worth over 1 million isk.
*character is in NPC Corp
*I will pay transfer fee
*this character will receive the isk from sale
-Starting Bid: 1.5 billion (100 million increments)
-Reserve: Hidden
-Buyout: 2.5 billion
Not available to perform transfer until 23:55 forum time (9 hours from now), as I am at work. Please post to forum, I'm not ingame today. If buyout not met, I'll continue training and attempt to sell next month.

Then you shouldnt put a "bid" option if you aren't going to sell without meeting the buyout. If the b/o is negotiable then you set a bid

I WILL sell this char without meeting the buyout. It's called a "reserve" - that amount is hidden, but I guarantee it is below the buyout amount.

You should change it to state if "reserve not met" then =P very misleading statement. Im not saying that you cannot have a hidden reserve. Just suggesting that you change the statement from "if b/o not met" which is 2.5 bil to "if reserve not met" which is whatever it is but lower than 2.5

Hey, I don't mind the free bumps you give this char. "Reserve - Hidden" is acceptable, I've seen it on plenty other character sales.
For all the rest of you out there who are wondering, there have been no bids on this char and the reserve is "not met."

alright. I screwed up.
Okey Mk2 offered a buyout that I didn't understand, then Carl offered a lower amount.
I will be accepting the buyout from Okey and then sending Carl a disclosed sum of isk as apology for his loss of time.
If Okey doesn't buy, I'll just give up and keep this char. THIS is the reason I didn't want to try to do in game offers. I got THREE private communications within 2 minutes of sign-on.
