Recently gave up on running missions in Gallente space as EM is generally the second worst damage type and I've moved to amarr looking for a decent quality empire based agent - kill missions prefered.
The Amarr Navy offers a -7 quality lvl 4 security agent and a quality 13 lvl 4 personel agent - 34% courier missions.
The Imperial Family has a quality 0 lvl 4 legal agent in empire - 16% courier missions.
Can you get Amarr Navy gear with from other Amarr LP stores?
Other options?
Help appreciated!

theology council got lvl4 q13 at ashab, few jumps away from amarr, was intelligence/internal security

amarr navy, multiple level 4 q20 in a 0.2, lots and lots of isk 
 can't remember the corp name, system is hophib, but multiple level 4 q20s in a 0.1 even more isk

Hophib is 0.1 and has more than 4xq20 lvl 4's... its Ministry Of war, and with the amount of lvl 4's in that system you can farm any more in system...
Amarr navy is Yahyerer 2x q20 lvl 3's and 4x q20 lvl 4's in one sysrtem including the most important. a storyline mission agent.

Ministry of War in Taru. Safe system, has lvl 1,2 and a level 4 Q20 agent. I do missions there, very recommendable.

Yes it's great and in next system you got Yanuel with L2 and L3 agent and its only 3 jumps to amarr, good place to sell your loot.
Only bad is repair station in tash, 2 jumps away. but we save money on doing our own repairs :)

The Sarum Family have a Q15 Level 4 Internal Security Agent in the high sec system "Nakri", He is the best encounter agent you will find in high sec.

Theology Council - Q18 Internal Security in Sasokooey (0.6 system)
Pretty sure that's the best Amarr agent around that doesn't involve checking your scanner once a minute for deployed probes. |
