Site looks good, just signed up and deposited 20m + 10m from coupon so i can test it out.
The prizes look nice, but the costs to spin are kind of high. Lost on all 6 spins so i'm bone dry 
I wont be trying this again as it would get expensive, knowing my luck.  |

Thank you for your feedback. I know 5 mil might seem a bit steep, but we both know its not a gift shop so the isk for prizes has to come from somewhere.
The algorithm pays out when a prize is covered, so in order to get a 100 mil prize, 20 guys needs to insert 5 mil. If I lower the spin prize, it means 100 guys needs to spin in order to get 1 prize, so its a balance between being able to afford to pull the lever and still win often enough to make it worthwhile. In the end, there is a 90% payback, so some lucky guy still wins alot for few isk.
(A guy won a tengu on a coupon last night, so he must be happy lol)
However, I have lowered the spin price for the Gallente spinner to 1 mil, and the Minmatar to 2 mil, so people who prefer a lower chance of winning but not risk alot of isk have that option. Obviously a 50 mil faction spinner is for the wealthy, but considering the amounts of isk people spend on these games, quite a few guys can afford it, and the prizes are equally nice.

You are absolutely right, sadly people who spend their 10 mil coupon and don't win most likely shrug, think "its probably a scam anyway" and never return. I have a good part of the players who spent a coupon doing that, and never ever spin again.
And these are definitely not the guys posting here, they just move on. On the other hand, a good part of those who won on the coupon keeps playing, and deposits regularly now, and are likely to post here either to support the site, or promote their own refer.
Gambling is not for everyone, and it costs isk to make isk. So of course there is people who doesn't win, but 90% return rate means you have to be pretty unlucky not to win something, and a decent chance you win something others paid for :-)

I deposited all I had left (34mil+10mil) in hope to win some PLEX money as my game time was running out. Sadly I only won 3,000,000 isk back which I lost again. 
I did get 100 tokens, though. Supposedly you can win stuff with those as well, I will keep a watch of the site for the special lotteries that you can use them upon. I wonder; is there a difference in chance of winning depending on the spinner? And if so, maybe it would be a nice feature to show this. ^^

The tokens was pulled into a plex lottery today, and you were one of those with a decent chance. I'm sorry lady luck didn't shine on you this round, winners are posted under news section, but I hope you will get a plex by other means or try again :-)
Good idea of showing the chances of winning. The site, as general, features 90% payback across all spinners, and yes that means I'm earning 10% profit on this, so basically so far its costing me billions isk paying those 10 mil coupons lol, but hopefully that changes one day.
However, risking to remove some of the mystery behind the magic spinners, I can tell there is really no difference in chance of win between them. Each of the 4 racial spinners gives racial ships, but same mods and implants, the difference in cost only means you win more or less frequent.
The faction spinner is expensive, but it cashes out 10 times as often as the other spinners, of course it has more juicy prizes so it balances that out a bit, so the price difference is just to offer a selection for various customers wallets.
Not sure if I'm making sense, but bottomline is, each spinner has same chance of winning. If your are bored with pulling the lever, and want some quick isk, go straight for the high roller. If you like risking few isk, or wanna sit for a while, go for the 1 mil spinner :-) |

I have heard this problem before, and i suspect it could be related to the annoying large background, which really needs a lighter version or simply an option to turn the thing off.
Could you try leave the login page to load fully and try to sign up again?

Here's and example: You deposit 50 mill isk and win let's say 300 mill. If you spin the whole amount that you win... is that amount going in your pockets ? (except the 20% that goes to jackpot)

If you spin and win 300 mil, and spend those, those isk are within profit margin also, but since the margin is already deducted due to the prize above, that will count as "real isk".
The coupons is paid out of that small margin, and so far costed 8 billion isk, so its costing me isk to run this, but hopefully that will change :-)

Ah, think I know what you mean then. Since profit is on prizes, it won't matter if you pull out cash or insert new, you will pay profit of each item you win. Statistically there will be a high chance that someone already spin a few times and covered the profit, but obviously that's a chance. Was that answering your question? |

You give back 90% of isk deposited into corp wallet back as prizes or you give back 90% of all the isk slot machines generated.
