Edited by: Neu Bastian on 06/03/2009 13:20:44 Since its creation six months ago, the Valklear Guard has dedicated itself to the Militia taking the top two positions for enemy ships destroyed every month, second only to the Tribal Liberation Force. Few are the fleets that did not count us in their numbers; few are the Amarr regulars that did not feel our guns and learned our name. But for VlkG it has come the time to move on. The Militia has reached a point of stagnation and its ripe for internal struggle, as more and more members use its cover to engage in criminal activities with little consequence. Short attention spawn and little constancy perhaps. Rather than partake in internal struggle, we have chosen to put our skills to the test elsewhere, and grow hardier with out the protection of the Republic:
VlkG will be joining the null sec front against the expansion of the Amarr Empire with our brothers: Ushra'Khan.
We too come for our people.

Despite you once again becoming our bitter enemy it's clear you have had the same troubles as ourselves with the mercenary rabble that call themselves "militia". Your doing the right thing choosing to fight for a real cause, alongside Ushra'Khan. It's a shame we still have to destroy you for that.

The TLF is in for some hard times without the Guard there to help lead the way. While I am sad to see the militia lose one of it's best, I know that the Valklear's are moving onto a field where real work is being done on a daily basis. I wish you all the best in your future campaign.

Well, I'm sort of glad you've realized that flying for the corrupt Republic government is a bad idea. Though I'm not entirely sure what U'K will actually do for you, at least it's a step towards fighting for a stateless society. --

Fly well, comrades!
We will have a hard time to fill the ranks. But you know our spirit! Never surrender! Forward, no looking back and set the Empire of Evil on fire. Burn! Burn! Burn them down.
And if you happen to meet a Punisher or Coercer out there, down it with your Rifter and maybe you'll remember me.

Not long ago did we notice that Tactical Initiative left.. and now Valklear Guard is leaving as well. Stagnation, corruption and potential for internal struggle do no fighting force any good, so your decision appears reasonable. Surely both sides of the struggle will be affected - the Minmatar losing a powerful ally and the Amarr losing a worthy adversary.
Leaving all ideology aside (as I have witnessed you to be steadfast in your beliefs) and speaking purely for myself as a pilot - I will most probably miss some of the action you, Neu Bastian, and your corporation provided.

Stagnation, corruption, internal struggles? Doesn't sound like a Republic problem to me. More like everyday in the Overcome Empire. An advice from me, just for free, if your god is again playing dice with death pray death is not wearing Tribal tattoos, slaver. Pilot Wildfire, before you begin to dissect Pilot Ottersmacker's words in order to better throw them in his face, you should be aware that he is simply referencing Pilot Bastian's own words. Words Pilot Bastian has used to describe the state of his his own (your current) former Militia and his corps reasons for leaving.
Now, I am sometimes required to traverse the expanses of lowsec for various reasons, but, frankly, not often. However, as a person with some small experience with piracy and other such lawlessness, I sympathize with Pilot Bastian and those of the Valklear Guard. Who in their right mind would want to run an op with persons of an untrustworthy or even criminal nature? Other than another criminal, of course.
From what I have seen and heard, the pilots of Valklear Guard were skilled and decent pilots, though not saints, by any means. I am sure the TLF will miss their presence on the field. Hopefully, they will prove to be as worthy an opponent to the forces of the CVA as they have been to the various forces of the 24th IC.
Be well, Pilots.

Edited by: Alica Wildfire on 08/03/2009 11:24:15 Dear Lord Daerth,
of cause the TLF is not in its best possible states. But it is a complete different thing to see the well set critic about the organisation from a honorable pilot of the militia or from an enemy that only knows the TLF from the wrong sides of our autocannons.
While a deserved pilot knows well the problems of our militia and has the right to place a good meant critic - it is not the right of our enemy to do that as long as they get pounded by our fleets almost every time we meet in space.
By the way, the pirate problem is no Matari problem. It is a problem of both militia. And it has been in past that powerstruggles or indifferences were solved through hostilities on friendlies. This is indeed a problem of this whole war - on both sides. There is no way to get a pirate away from the militia. In every military or social community down in zerosec this kind of action has consequences. In the militia only your security status is lowered and there is no limit of security status which denies you taking part in militia.
And this is a real problem, as well as there is no consequence for the winning or the losing side when conquering a system - besides the usual orbital bombardement by Amarr fleets of cause. But there is no deny of docking rights. In extreme I may dock at stations of the 24th crusade, which usually have good services while I have a standing of below minus seven to the enemy militia.
This is crazy, okay, I do not complain about beeing able to let the Amarr work on my ship while I destroy their militia, but of cause I find it ennoying that the same is true for Amarr militia in Amamake. A friend of mine is a trader and did some experiments and he told me that many of his clients in Auga, Vard and Amamake were enemy militia - most of them to be true.
For we all know - without any propaganda - that the resources available in Amarr-near lowsec systems is pity. The Amarr use Amamake as a repair- and refit system. As well as many of our pilots of cause. But this should not be like that.
If my traderfriend tries to support the militia by building up an infrastructure in our lowsec it should be possible to do this on stations that are not dockable by the enemy.
There are some highsec pirates, that have specialized on raiding Pendlers, those small transport convois that fly inside the system from one station to the other. After a time your standing to the raided corporation is so low, that the station guns will open fire.
Why don't the logistics stations do the same in lowsec to known enemy?
This and many more problems may be some of the reason the Valklear Guards are leaving the militia. But I think the reasons are more of positive nature than of negative one. To go forward and reach out to greater goals is Matari spirit. To fight and destroy the CVA is maybe a tougher job than to stay here. The Valklear Guards have my best wishes for their journey. We will miss them in our ranks. And I don't think it is in their intention to give Amarr ammunition for propaganda against our militia. This is the reason I strongly reject the propaganda of our enemy but accept the critic of Neu Bastian. -- FREEDOM, PUNK & AUTOCANNONS

Your leadership has repeatedly stated that they have no intention of taking any space.
Thus, they cannot take the Amarrian's space.
Thus, you can't do any of the things you say you will.
You are raiders. Nothing more.
I actually wish you were more, something akin to what you once were. Having an enemy like the current Ushra'Khan can only make our forces weak in the long run.
I am sure you will claim this to be your plan all along.

Many "pirates" have a purpose. It might not be a purpose you like or you can even comprehend, given your slavish adherence to doing what some girl in a gown tells you to do, but they usually have one.
Good luck, Neu. --
