My new 1.65bln investment program has begun. The following people have confirmed spots. I am now accepting payment. Payment must be received before March 8th in order to not diminish interest payout. Investors who have not sent payment by March 9th will lose their reserved spot and the waitlist will be activated in the order listed below.

Investors are insured for the value of their investment by my stake in IRD bonds. Contact Ulecese in the event of my inactivity for reimbursement. He is not authorized to release payment unless he does not hear from me before April 8th, 2009.
Weekly status reports will be added to track my profit performance. My next investment will involve profit sharing rather than a fixed interest return so the past project, as well as this month's venture, will give me a rough approximation of performance capabilities.

Aerik you may double your investment if you so desire since you are below the 250m max investment per investor. I have tentatively put you down for 200m and marked you as half paid. Let me know if this works for you.

All investors have been repaid principle + interest + plus a small bonus (1-2% on principle)
