I used to have a sheet which told me all the skills which race and bloodline started out with. Now I lost it and having hard time finding it. Any one know the link for it please?

Doesn't matter, it'll be out of date in 3 days. Every race starts with the same skills now, the only differences being [Racial] Frigate and the weapon types.

So this could possibly mean less Caldari Achura faces out there?

a dev pretty much confirmed it saying something like "this change allows people to new choose by the background they like not the stats and skills" but then its the same dev that pretty much says if your sat in station talking to corp mates your RPing...

Unless u make a character before March 10, with Charisma 3, then u get 2 points to use for boosting. Caldari Achura still rules.

I wonder what the mechanics of character creation will be.
They (the Dev Blogs) said that they wanted to take the decisions out of the character creation....
PC: "Choose a race..."
New player: "race? what race? what is better? what is worse? what do others play? what benefits will it get me? Oh this game sucks and is too hard." <emoragequit>
Does this sound like the NPE? (New Player Experience)
(Considering according to them all characters start off with the same basic skills (Except racial frigate) then removing the options at character generation will make things worse.
ALL RPG's have three to four choices at startup as base - using DnD as an example: race, profession, spells, talents, weaponry skills, other skills.... - How will taking the five choices away (that the characters currently make), make things easier for them?
