does it afect MWD 2, or only Ab's. if only ab, then is there is skill so you sue less cap with MWD?

Fuel conservation
Bonus :
10% reduction in afterburner capacitor needs
Pretty obvious isnt it ;)
The skill for MWD's is
High Speed Maneuvering
Bonus :
5% reduction in microwarpdrive capacitor needs

indeed it doesnt affect the MWD but try to ''show info'' on the mwd....it'll say AFTERBURNER details(or sth like this) so......i think CCP should make mwd's to get the bonus from fuel conservation because with the recent patch and with the signature radius ''bonus'' u have from the MWD its time to give some love to the blasterthron users(yay thats me) so that we can do our job like good old times !
