Just after a price check on this toon, as of yet unsure whether i can commit the time to using him, have owned him for jsut about 6 weeks ish..
Show me the Skills
Couple of key notes to consider as to why this guy doesn't fall into your normal 200>300mill sp valuation.
Firstly has have every single point you can in learning (and yes that includes the charisma) He also comes with +5 implants. His training is very focused, very few skills but of them a large majority are on way to max.
Currently training him for navigation 5, i am planning on using him for a DreadPilot but to be honest not sure i can commit to the game as many hours as is needed with university work building up.
so please tell me what you think or even what you would offer for this guy.!..

btw he is in npc corp in fact he only undocks to buy his skill books he only has 1 frigate to his name thats how little he has been used.

If I were to estimate price, I would point out that training learning skills to 5 instead of 4 takes 18+ months to pay off. This means that the SP put into that needs to be counted differently. Some will value it more as excellent SP investment while others will see it as a detriment. I think most, like myself, will see it as a bad thing. The SP spent on those skills could have been put into something else that would help the toon immediately, and 18 months is a long time to wait for RoI. The implants are a benefit of course and should be factored into the price, but from my perspective they only make up for the learning.
I don't think that this toon is out of the 200-300 standard. I would expect 1.8-2.5 for him. If you find someone who wants the learning skills you can probably get up to 3.

cheers thanks for that, aye i understand you points regarding the learning points, hopefully if i do decide to sell people that are intersted will consider that on BS 5 it saves something in region of 4 days against a 'normal' SP of abotu 1.5>2mill in learning..
