Are you looking for PvE, PvP, manufacturing, mining? What kind of starter toon are you looking for exactly?

May have just the character for you. 2.8 mil sp and already into af with t2 guns and t2 tackle. currently 3 days from electronics lvl 5. Character is only 72 days old and is formidable pilot, with 55 skills trained and almost all skills need to continue along pvp path already bought. 5 skills at level 5 already. But i'm really thinking more along the lines of 2.75 billion but will negotiate.

You want 2.75bil on a 2.8 mil SP character.... lol. Post a link of your skills and maybe I can give you an offer.

It doesn't have to be a PvP oriented toon, just something can that can turned into one, so decent mission runners and ratters are wanted as well.

I realize that you have a 2bil budget, but i'm going for around 2.5.
I'm born and bred for pvp and BCV is a hard skill to find. Which is surprising because they're actually the most cost/power efficient ships in the game.

I'm not looking to sell immediately, or even at all, like I said I'm still considering. If I get a good enough offer I'd probably sell, though. I'm not sure what a character like mine would sell for, though. If the negative sec status would make a big enough dent in the price of the character I'd be willing to fix it.
