Warlock Khan Minmatar Republic University	Posted - 2009.03.10 01:35:00 - [7] 10.5bil, would be worth a little more if you get the Capital Nav skills up. Like you said it is just starting to train Capitals. If I was you I would wait a couple of months and train those Capital skills to at least L4 and then you can probably bump the price up a little more.
