I am relatively new to Eve and want to invest some ISK in shares. How can I go about it and where do I start?

Evemail me in game and I can let you know about RISKY, Goonswarm's elite manufacturing venture whose shares are always highly coveted among investors from all over the galaxy.

Shares are worthless don't buy them. I'm 100% serious about this, I hate seeing newbies getting scammed and potentially quitting the game. Older players should get put through the ringer for their stupidity however.

best way for anyone to start of a good investment in eve is to look at your wallet, and write down that number u see there, then go to people and places, and select character, then typing in "Funkcikle" and hit enter, little info box will appear, then u right click on my,, ahh , THE name and select "give money" remember that number you wrote down earlier, now you type that into the box that appears and Presto, best investment you'll ever make.
p.s you might want to sell any assets you have first, to make sure you can invest as much isk as possible, to ensure maximum possible returns on this golden opportunity

read the market discussions forums. there are corps there that are offering public shares. Caveat Emptor though. Some of the IPOs will be scamms.
You can also look at the ingame stock exchanges like EGSE. You can buy and sell stocks there as well. those corps are established and have a track record of actually paying their dividends, but you may pay a premium for the shares.

I've only been playing a month, but I turned starting capital of 500m (from a loan) into 3bn isk. Send me a message in-game if you want some help.

I'll give you one golden rule to live by. Do not ever believe a goon who offers you a good deal.

Are you sure you are a goon? But yes, I agree.

That's completely untrue. I am a goon and I will tell you not to trust goons either!
