Hey.
It took 7 hours to dl the new client and gave me this upon validation :
"Validated Failed. Expected checksum is 540ce19f8d673f341a0bea30ec5f0e5e but was 5316be80cdf9f58dd2fe0322fcfbe64e"
I tried to use the direct download, which failed upon opening it, saying the files were corrupt.
I am downloading the client again, which now says it will take 14hours, and of course it wants me to press "Retry" every few minuites because it gives me that crappy error about something being wrong.
Any ideas?

Seriously, I'm ****ed here. I don't have 14 hours to sit and pretty "Retry" every so often and there is not even any guarantee that it will work when it is downloaded.

No ideas?
I can't stay up until noon tommorow pressing "Retry" for this piece of **** new downloader.

Try a download mananger. It should keep you file intact well enough to get it to install( in thoery) as long as you dont have satallite internet and a fair access policy that you already exceeded :). do a search on google for a free one. Try to to pull the patch off the website.

Thats 7 hours for me - New client - same problem - ****ing mess sick of it...
'There was a tempory error down loading the files' - it said this on every patch i tried to add - what the hell is going on.......
I have no idea what to do and can not play or pay this game - what a waste of time that was.

I've seen this mentioned in other threads but you might try killing the cache folder.
