Now that loads of players are remapping points away from charisma I think this is a perfect time for CCP to implement the ships crews feature which would give ships bonuses and need Charisma as a primary attribute for all the skills.
If they do it quickly they can add it to the next release and we can all point and laugh at all the lemmings waiting 6 months for the next opportunity to remap.
They better have a lot of these skills which I totally never have heard of before in development because else having 5 (or 3) charisma is still going to be the way to go.

The Gallente race are the "frenchies". We Intaki may be part of the Gallente Federation, but we're a distinctly different people. The Caldari people used to be part of the Gallente Federation, so you might as well call them "frenchies", too.

Plus you can't beat the stats, for example, 12 per 10 int 9 will 5 mem 3 cha base :)

Achura girls do look fine it's just they've got a surprise in their panties 'cause they're all controlled by male players. There is something rotten in the state of Denmark and it has a tranvestigial flavour  .
Thing is, even if it is uncomfortable wearing form fitting pink laced underwear while having to accomodate bulging man bits, they are having the last laugh because they can keep their 3 charisma if they so choose, holding their advantage over the rest of us for ever more.
