I personally don't think people will take the character as an industrialist (only 2.3m sp).
But as a potential carrier/JF pilot, now that is a very different story, you have excellent jump skills and with (a little) effort the buyer could make her a nice JF pilot or head towards a rorqual.
The only negatives is the real lack of decent tanking skills for a capital and if industrialist then lack of nice skills..
I would think around 4 or 5 billion is reasonable, I would expect more if people realise there is a chance to focus her.

What about trade skills ;) this toon is giving me 2-3 bil monthly without undocking ;)

The skills are Ok, but if you are using it for trade I would bumped her up to 4m sp trade and pick up broker relations 5 and few others at 5, don't get me wrong if someone wants a pre-skilled trade char then here you are.
The characters SP is a little unfocused, if you were going for a carrier pilot then she needs carrier skills such as fighter drones, if she is going for trade then lots more trade skills etc etc.
My 2 cents worth.
