I was reading up on immigrants in the World of EVE section. Do you think it's logical that there's a portion of Amarr immigrants within the Federation? It strikes me that someone in the largest empire in the world might have misgivings with their government.
What kinds of relations do you think an Amarr living in the Federation would have with the Minmatar immigrants there?

yes, it would make perfect sense.
there is probably some amarr, caldari, and minmatar living in the Gallente federation.

it would be nice from an rp perspective to be able to apply for citizenship in other factions.. naturally going gallente would be the easiest, and minmatar to amarr or the reverse nearly impossible.

yep - citizenship/passports would be awesome...
make it we have to get entry visas for different areas etc

I'd imagine there are expatriates just about everywhere. Gallente disgusted with the debauchery of their culture living among the Amarr, Caldari wishing to escape the corporate grind and working with the Minmatar, you name it. Think of it this way, I just read a news story about an American who defected to North Korea in the 1950s and has lived there happily ever since. If someone can go from America to bloody North Korea and be happy there, anything is possible in Eve.
