Over the last few days my main character has been locked out of the game while jumping to three different systems -- Atlantis, Botaine, and Harerget. Due to this issue I've lost my time bonus from at least one mission I've been running, and that will likely turn into two in short order. Under what category should I file a petition to have my lost bonuses reimbursed? Current missions doesn't seem appropriate (since I turned one in already) but there is no appropriate category under reimbursement. Any information about this issue would be appreciated (especially about when it's going to be fixed :-/)

I think that you should file a petition. You're a customer and you're paying for a service, and the service is not being given to its fullest extent right now. I had a Covetor blown up today due to lag (system didn't recognize me clicking the warp button so some rats blew it up) and I submitted a petition almost immediately. Thank god it wasn't an expensive ship!

I've already submitted a petition for the character being stuck, and so far it seems that I can get help through that channel; since there is no reimbursement category for lost mission income, and it's not an active mission issue, I was wondering how you were supposed to go about reporting it, but hopefully I'll be able to get everything fixed with my stuck character petition.

Hiow much did you lose, exactly? I think you will find they have bigger fish to fry just at the moment. Think yourself lucky you can mission at all.
