Adamai Gallente Naval Protection Corp	Posted - 2009.03.13 01:30:00 - [1] the npcc is recruiting again after a long break due to the recent real life loss of a very close and good freind in eve and real life. the corp fell into a state of grievance and inactivity from the loss and we are now rebuilding and our heading is back out to 0.0 eventually. what we need to do this is:- we are looking to get an average member base of 50 players all active, you must be casual in your play but active, active is a huge key to success in eve as it determines what your corp is capable of doing as a team. the leader ship in the corp has over 3-5 years eve experience behind us and we want to take players on eve roller coaster with us. we are not a democracy and some may call us a dictator ship, but infact we are just very military foccussed in our ways as we understand the only way to survive in eve is to have the occasional fight or two to protect what our members have built. the corp is currently cap capable and we know exactly how to run multiple string of pos towers and death stars as well as secure and hold 0.0 space. we know pvp although not the best in eve we do possess the ability to help others to learn the basics. our goals plans and direction for the corp are huge and we intend to explore every aspect of the game to its fullest based on what our members need and want to do. if you are interested in this and think you could fit in with us and be part of the team you can drop an app in at our office. at present their is no sceduled ops and we are in bonding mode so log in sign up and get chatting and flying with us. we look forward to meeting you all. restrictions. 20+ years of age team orientated. all charecter class's required. currently only 10mill + s/p pilots accepted must be patient and mature with a good understanding of how good corps are run and work in eve. lower sp players will be concidered upon a brief chat so we can find out what you wanna do in eve and so on :) strictly no trials. alt accounts accepted along side mains. remember we intend to take things nice and steady to start to gain friendship and trust with new players. mainly uk timezone right now with a hint of us, we need all. corp was originally 145 members strong and we wish to be the same size again. we also had a 10 ship cap fleet of our own, just so you know what kind of path we intend to tread. :)

Adamai Gallente Naval Protection Corp	Posted - 2009.03.26 14:07:00 - [16] is their any disiceplnied pilots left in eve ? are their any pilots that seek a well organised well run corp. are you looking for a ceo, that knows exactly how to run a corp to ensure the best success for all his/her members. do you want to have the opportunity take up your posistion and help drive not lead i say drive the corp to success. leading a corp is good way to show example, but unfortunately it requires followers. i dont want people to follow me in my quest to build a strong corp in eve i want people that are going to drive the corp with me to the top. in this corp your not the member and your not a follower, i want you to be one of the mechanisms of a very well oiled machine, i want my guys to be part of a team. we have already been their before and we will be their again. join the npcc recruitment channel called.. npcc recruitment in game,and wait for contact. also reading corp description will give some insight to our aims and plans. at this stage we are open to new and fresh ideas for how we build the corp. although most ideas have been tried and tested. im allways happy to give something new a shot. join us and we as a team cn do that other corps find difficult to acheive. we do have after all have 2 years of eve experience in all aspects. and we want to share. the corp has at present because ive only just started back at eve due to the real life loss of a very very close friend, 15 active players which is about 9 players includeing alts, 7 of these players have been with the corp since day 1 or close to day one. my point is we only run a 100% active player base. their wont be any of this crap, where people dont log in for weeks and weeks on end. if you go away for more than 2 weeks with out telling us we will remove people from corp to make room for those that are alittle more conciderate. we had 145 charecters in the corp at our peak worked out about 80 players with alts, every last one was 100% active. we always always had over 20 players online at any one time. and we willl have this again. i need good players s/p isnt an issue if your mind is in the right place. contact me and see what we can work out.
Adamai Gallente Naval Protection Corp	Posted - 2009.03.26 14:19:00 - [17] and one more thing- we are none of the following. democracy-- this simply does not work in eve. if you think it should then look for a democratic run corp. communist aproach - doesnt always work but does with the right players not the best option. capitilist- so far this is the way ive found that incourages players to bond together to work for thier corps growth its a very smooth way of working with good players. military - again doesnt work well on its own as due to pvp ships will be lost and you can only loose so much in eve for so long before you loose heart. great for small pvp corps i run the following. capitilist military/industrial corporation, in this we are all combat pilots when the time calls for it capitilism ensures the corps growth military idea ensures our survival and industrial ensures we can keep fighting at minimal costs. if you like the sound of this just come talk to us or me in game. we are very laid back and we are all very friendly people, but we play eve as a corp how it should be played. we dont have room or time for individual pilots.

Adamai Gallente Naval Protection Corp	Posted - 2009.04.03 17:23:00 - [23] is their any one out their who is interested in a leadership posistion. you must be able to fly a hulk and know all aspects of mining. we dont you for construction or research or anything complicated just your organisational skills and also willing to build up a division in the corp which foccuses on mining. once you have a base mining fleet established we can look at other ways of expanding your division to be more usefull in a corp aspect. online now so drop me aline.

If you are looking for a liad back group of people that enjoy playing the game and yet still have goals this is the group for you. There is a mining op practically daily. Highyl recommended corporation. If you think this might be a group for you jump into their recruitment channel (NPCC Recruitment). There are always people in there to answer any questions you have.

Adamai Gallente Naval Protection Corp True Intentions	Posted - 2009.05.02 01:15:00 - [84] corp takeing in pilots.. we need pvpers and industrial types. we got low sec pos for your access and soon to have high sec pos for copy/research needs of players. our direction is 0.0 with our own alliance. we need people who are looking to experience eve how it should be experienced. we know that not every one has enough time to put their heart and souls into a game, and we also know that if we have enough people that wont matter as more than person can fullfill a role in the corp. a few hours per week is acceptable. we will have many pilots to cover the times that opthers may be offline. we truely are well organised and we know how to run a corp. if your looking for a true fammily in eve and friends and the kind of corp laid back play. then come try us out. sure we work hard but we also play hard too. join npcc recruitment channel in game and speak with the guys.
