Have you run any of the COSMOS missions for these standings?
Still some training that needs to be finished. Learnings need a bit of work to finish, and you've still got a pretty significant time investment to be able to do T2 component research and fly a Covetor.
That being said, it's a good distribution of skills, and I'd offer 4b for her as a b/o. If you're good with that, we can make the transfer later this afternoon when I get home (sometime after 3p EST today).

sorry mate, im not the original owner of her. i purchased her and don't have the rl time to spend inventing and selling as i would like. how she got her standings, i assume its by running missions. i see lots of caracal and drake losses to terrorists in her history.

lol. this is crazy. i expected interest, but this is overwhelming. i need to make a que i guess.
ok, if the BO person doesn't come up with the isk, it's only fair to offer it to Morb because he posted quicker i suppose. lol. so he can have her for BO price. Then Trinity. Unless Trin or someone counters the BO, its still going to that person if they come up with isk.
i think i need coffee.

The universe of having lvl 4 dai dai research agents, a high standing with lai dai. Being able to build captials, make a copy of any blueprint she virtually looks at, able to reverse engineer sleeper technology and make blueprint copies to sell within 17 days as of this her current training, etc.

Sorry mate. Against CCP rules.
The character being sold must be stripped of ingame assets of any significant value before being transferred. Items cannot be listed among the character's valuable assets, only skills, implants and reputation. You are buying/selling the character ONLY and nothing else. Ships and items can be readily bought on the market for ISK.
