As soon as you own the server and pay all the bills so your entire alliance can use it. The you'll be able to make the rules. People should be glad they're able to use a server like that. How do you think people recieve the speech from other people on TS you think its telepathically (sp) sent directly to thier brain? FYI when someone speaks the speech is sent to everyone in that room so people who are afk are recieving and using up bandwith for no reason.
