I might be dumping all but one of my charaters since I can no longer run more then 1 client, and the one that I can is nothing more then a blue and purple blob of a ship.
I might be keeping one charater that lost alot of skill points and got **** all back from CCP in a petition.
But it does not mean I am going to GIVE away my charaters.
1.2B? for what? Smiley Miley maybe?

1.2 isnt a joking offer. Depending on the amount of skill points and how focused the skills are most characters sell anywhere from 200-250isk per skill point on the low end of the skill spectrum to on the very high end of skills and specialized at 450-500 isk per skill point.
Without looking at the 5 mill sps your character has, you are still on the low end of the spectrum, I would say 240 isk per sp is a very reasonable starting bid. That you think 3 billion which is around 600 isk per sp is a "reasonable buyout" is very much misguided. Take a look at the character sales over the passed few weeks and see what people get with 3 billion isk, and see how much 5 mill sp toons sell for. Just my 2c if you really want to sell the characer
