Why ask for isk, at -942 mil you are better off playing the account isk free.
Geting 1-2 mil handouts from the few people who will feel sorry for you will never amount to anywhere near that kind of isk.
Get buddies to transfer you ammo and buy ships is the only way to go in my humble opinion.
As for the reason of there being that kind of defecit in your account, I can only think of two plausible causes, both of wich I can understand you do not wish to talk about.
I hope you get back on your feet, M0o has been decimated as is and loosing The Reverend would be like loosing the milk of the cow :)

your isk was gained by questionable means, it was mostly squandered by transfers and assets, the isk were claimed back not the assets, start a sale

Contact me ingame, Rev. I'm low on ISK at the moment but if you sell anything I'd be happy to buy it, and I'll trade you a donation anyway just because I still respect you guys for the Camping of Mara way back in the day that so shaped EVE for what it is now.
And for getting podded by a GM battleship during that battle ;).
