I'm on an iMac thats a few weeks old, 10.5.6 with an ATI pro 2600 HD.
I can't undock, can't open the fitting screen. No new news there. But the client is running at 56 FPS in the station. :D
My Assets, Wallet and Items as well as Cargo Hold are showing ZERO items and are empty. This worries me.
Also the skill training sheet in my Character Sheet is showing lines of Boolean Code at the end of each line. (stupdate;uiqueue;) kind of stuff. Thats a rough quote, I didn't write it down.
Anyone else having these issues?

Something similar with my assets tab but not as bad: it usually shows no assets in the system or only shows the assets at one station instead of all stations.

I've also been having the same issues and there seems to be a problem with right clicking while docked or in space.

Have the same problems, expect I'm also lagging at around 10 fps in station even with settings turned down.

On a Macbook Pro.
Same problems with no Assets or Items or Cargo Hold Contents and can't open fitting screen or Map (get the loading bar but the map itself never loads).
Was unable to undock and had no context menus (no right click function) but plugging a mouse in to the laptop seemed to fix that.

I think I can help you all with this...
I experienced a problem with the tabs on the Character Screen not updating so I deleted the Eve preferences folder. Yes, I had to reposition my windows, tell my drones to be passive, to not auto-target ships and autopilot to prefer safer systems but as soon as I did this, all the tabs worked as expected.
If you petition issues such as this, the first thing you will be told is to clear out that preferences folder each time.
EDIT : if you are getting very low settings on a Mac, have a quick read of the "Low FPS on a Mac" sticky thread in this forum - it contains a config file edit which may help you. Set your Shaders and Textures to medium and try editing the three lines mentioned and see what you get.

Sadly, deleting the preferences has done nothing to fix my problems. No fitting screen, no assets, no map, no cargo, no market.
Glad I'm back training skills though after a bit of down time until I could get the patch to work. Shame though as I've finally got a half decent window of actual playing time which looks like it's going to go to waste. C'est la vie and all that jazz.

having the exact same problem and plus when i selected an object it'll says no object selected! now i can't dock :[

Just discovered the same problem here, EVE is basically completely unusable on my work iMac now.

Hey there,
The new patch hasn't fixed these problems. Eve is unplayable for me still.
This sucks.

Same, on an imac, assets dont work, neither do market details.
Was happy to see a new patch come out, but its actually managed to make things worse.
I cant beleive they actually realease the mac client like this. It seems every mac user is having problems one way or another.

Core 2 Duo @ 2.66 Ghz
4 GB of ram
ATI HD 2600 Pro with 256 VRAM
10.5.6 OS
but eve still doesn't work. Someone tell me what i am missing.

yup it worked, it seems like the old dl was corrupted.

Thanks mate. Worked like a charm. Reinstalling the client fixed all the problems.
