I just made my first Tengu BPC - first one I'm told, and first on the blueprints and ships channel ingame.

I'm putting 3 in the factory and putting one on Jita as soon as it's out.
Has anyone else made a tengu yet?

Gratz on this. What are the build material requirements?
I notice its got an ME/PE of 0, which is interesting.

Nice one. Imagine how awesome it would be if these things had global serial numbers. The first Tengu you've got there would be worth.....a lot :)

Down the List of mats on the BPC, from top to bottom 1 / 9 / 2 / 17 / 22 / 1 / 15
It looks like the killer is the Fullerene C5-40 gas. That's raising the cost of the materials to an astronomical price. Just the Emergent Neurovisual interface alone is 1B in materials it seems.
Good thing my new alliance has a bunch of gas miners. Overall, every piece of this is big bucks. More than a cap ship by far, and getting close to the cost of a Rhea which is a bit ridiculous.
I think the market will correct itself once there is more materials flowing in. But for those select few that want the very first one, it's going to cost a lot of isk.

FYI - I have successfully made 2 BPCs (after some fails - and it's an expensive failure, as you just get back a random decryptor).
So, by popular demand, I put one up on a contract. There is a TENGU BPC on contract in Isikano atm with a buyout.

what you lose if you have a fail?
i think the datacores but what¦s with the decryptor and the relics?
how are your t3 invention skills? i¦m skilling them to IV atm.

Well, you lose the relic for sure - you get a random item back - usually a cheap datacore but on occassion the decryptor. Since the relics are going for 250-500M atm, it's a pretty decent risk.
So far, I've made 5 BPCs, and lost 4 relics, so I'm doing pretty good.
I've made a Proteus, Loki, and the Tengu so far. I haven't been able to make a Legion yet.
Oh, and the Tengu BPC on the contracts sold for the buyout of 2B.

I notice this is a 3-run BPC. I take it u use and intact relic because of the price you mention.
Wrecked gives 1 run, <can' remember type> gives 2 and the intact gives 3 maybe?
Getting the intact relics is a pain tho. Everything web, scram and pwn you as you enter grid. Even the BS.

anyone knows if te new t3 skills have an effect of the success rate like the old skills had on t2 invention?
