I just have a few questions around POSes when they are attacked.
1. When a POS is placed in reinforced mode, can you anchor/online more guns? 1a. Can you place ammo in these guns while in reinforced? 2. Can you access the Ship Maintenance Array while in reinforced? 3. Is it correct that you cannot access the Corporate Hangar Array while in reinforced?

Yes you can anchor/online guns and place ammo inside them when the POS is in reinforced. Anything that requires cpu can't be onlined or operated though (like web/ecm battery's, missle battery's, guns will still online though as they need only grid).
If the hanger and maintenance array require CPU you wont be able to use them.

1. Yes 1a. Yes - you may have to online the first though (it gives a funny message when they're offline I believe, but you most certainly can put ammo in them in one of their online/offline states.) 2. Yes, you can, at least the standard ship maintenance array, not the capital one that requires CPU I believe. 3. Yes. You can not access silos, corp hangars, the corp hangars of anything that requires CPU (labs) while the POS is in reinforced. This is despite you normally being able to do so while they are offline (and in the case of silos having to do so while they are offline). Reinforced is a special case.

nice spreadshead but are you sure that ammo afacts gun range ?
Am i sure that ammo effects gun range? not to be a smart ass or an *******, but are you a complete noob? take a look at the attributes of the different ammunition types, EMP has a -50% to range, that effects the turret, just cause it's a POS gun it's not special..

I think he says this because people can hit at over 2000km using antimatter with POS guns. So it doesn't appear to work the same way as other turrets, and they most certainly are 'special' ;)
Either way there doesn't appear to be any reason to use anything other than the highest damage / spread damage type ammo.

I am assuming you meant 200km not 2000. Even the small rails can hit out 225km with Antimatter. 150km optimal -50% + 2X falloff of 75K gives a 225K range.

No, he meant 2000k. People have hit ships that were off-grid from the POS, and I've seen it happen. Not sure of the mechanics involved, (I assume the POS gunner has the ship targetted, and it warps to a relatively nearby off-grid staging area and somehow still stays locked by the POS gunner). My own tests support the fact that ammo's range modifier does not affect POS gun range whatsoever.

You assume incorrectly I mean TWO THOUSAND. I have taken control of the guns and done this myself, they aren't affected by the 250km range cap, and this definitely surprises some people who think they're 'safely' out of range, moments before they blink out of existence ;) And this with antimatter. At that point, the only reason I see to use anything other than the highest damage ammo is to vary damage types (with projectiles), in which case EMP/Phased plasma is a good mix.
