When i first started Eve online (+/- a year ago) i didn't know what to do so i just trained some skills vor PvE, mining, probing,transport,... Nothing special.
I started a second account for a char that i would specialize in mining industry. That char is pretty good for his skils. (4M SP). The minig char also has lots of manufactering skills. I make pretty good money with it...
Because of my busy live i stopped playing eve for a few months. Now with the new patch i started again. I also started a new character on my first account. I would like to specialize in PvE and later on in PvP.
I can still use my very first char (6M SP) for logistic reasons. It has an iteron V witch i use together with my miner. I don't intend to put more training in that char because the skills are so mixed up that he doesn't really have 1 purpose. I can fly an it V, i have a destroyer witch i fitted completly for salvaging and i can do some noob probing with it...
So lots of information about my 3 chars but what am i looking for?
I look for a nice friendly corperation where i can do some PvE with my new char (a few days old). I can take a more supporting role with my first char (salvaging, transporting) and my second account will be gladdly to support mining trips.
I'm not looking for a starting corp that just needs players to increase their memberbase. I would like to join a solid mature corp where i can have some fun and not only open a corp chat window and chat but that also do stuff like mission running, mining, manufactering,...
I am gallente and i'm proud of it! Therefore i prefer a corp that is based in gallente space. I read the complete eve chronicles and i'm als into the RPG part of the game, therefore a gallente corp is kinda important :)
I'm also european based and can play a few hours a day (after 16 CET).

Allow me to extend an invitation to an interview with our Corporation, part of Ushra'Khan.
Being Gallente, your views and values would probably not conflict with ours, thus I am still posting even though you request a Gallente corporation.
TDR, as we like to call it, is a Smaller Corporation based upon Quality infront of Quantity, meaning we attempt to look for the really good people, the people behind the Skillpoints, those able to make friends, and still be deadly in their field of work.
We have two wings in TDR, Industrial and PvP, you choose yourself wich one you will be part of. We have different goals for each wing, but no restrictions to what you do.
TDR is a multispectral Corporation, we respect every profession, and the right to pursue your own goals.
In TDR we value every members right to have a RL. There is no restrictions or "demands" that you be online 24/7, though we hope our members will be logging on more than once a month for a skillchange unless there is a RL issue :)
TDR live in 0.0 space mainly, our Industry wing operate in both secure and insecure space though.
Training for how to travel safely will be given to every new member so him/her can perform his tasks without problems

Well, I meet everything you asked for but I think the timezones could be an issue at this time. If ye would like, please join my public channel 'Arclight Lobby' and poke around for folks in ye time zone. We're on regularly so if ye see no one we're likely not for you yet, we are quite small and cannot cover timezones like we would like. We're over in Essence, and work almost exclusively in Gallente space.

We're a causal corp of about 40 members living in Deklein region.
Our senior directors are all veterans of multiple 0.0 alliance dating back to 2005 with tons of experience on how to make money and survive out here.
We have access to multiple systems for mining, ratting, complex running, and now wormhole finding.
We mainly operate out of a 0.0 outpost or pos thats a few jumps out.
We jump all our corp members gear and ships free of charge out to 0.0 from a low sec location.
