more of a quetion, is it a bug that i have to increase my charisma which have always from basic been 3, to use the remapping of my other stats? and why is this? seems wierd that i am forced to change a attribute that i am happy with as it is, to be able to use the remapping for other attributes.

No, it's not a bug. It's to reduce the level of minmaxing. If you want to keep 3 CHA, then you have to forego attribute respec.

on sisi i had that problem first, then they patched it and then i could.
now i cant respec on tq since my cha is at 3 to, need to increase it to save, hope its a bug

I feel yer pain, hideous achura:( But yeah, absolutely working as intended. Max perc/will ppl like me are screwed as well, we can't ever go back to 14/11 once we respec. Still it's a plus, tho I wish they'd left the 6 mo timer in.
