Your character seems even more specialized than mine, however, the more specialized you are the worse your other attributes are, and therefore skill training times. I have had enough trouble with 5 base intel and 4 base mem. Surely for you things are even tougher in skills other than ships, gunnery, and missiles... Youre the most specialized character I have seen in this regard.
