Hi All,
Does anybody know a work around on setting labs up for alliance useage. With the Lines set up for alliance, anybody tring to set a remote job up gets a line along the lines of
'Blueprint location and installation location are not compatible.
You cannot install this blueprint from its current location into the selected installation.'
Is there something wrong or is this just a bug.
I know we can move alts in into the corp with the POS, that is not always practical to do.
Cheers

1) Alliance corps HAVE to have a corp office in a station within the SAME solarsystem as the POS Labs.
2) Alliance corps cannot do any lab jobs that require materials or output materials other than the original BPO. So no copying, no invention, no ME/PE research on Tech II BPOs.
3) The job must be launched with the BPO in a CORP hangar from No.1 above. For that they need Scientific Networking L1 OR they physically go to the POS Lab and launch the job from there, but, they MUST leave the BPO in the station corp hangar. Don't whatever you do drop the BPO into a POS Lab when you aren't the owning corp (black hole comes and steals it). --

I believe they where trying to place a copy job on, which would now make sense.

Originally by: Ti Chi I believe they where trying to place a copy job on, which would now make sense.
The problem with the materials part is that there's no way for an alliance corp (other than the POS owners) to access the actual POS Lab hangar. They can drop stuff in ok, not that it actually goes anywhere other than a void.
This is one of the main things CCP needs to find a resolution to with POSs. --
