Anyone have the same problem?
When i try to "decline" i get the message "X has no other mission to offer"... wth...

Possibly an unfortunate side effect of their lovely new missioning system.
If it is impossible to decline, my only suggestion would be to petition it. |

Clearly it's only happened to you since there aren't at least 5 other "can't decline storyline missions" threads on this same forum page...

Have you tried the decline from space trick?
I've seen people say that if you want to decline mission without getting the automatic followup you just decline it from space (or another station?) and rather then tossing another mission in your juornal it tells you to go to the agent to talk to them.
Since it sounds like it's not letting you decline because it cannot offer you another, you may want to give it a try from somewhere it would not be ABLE to offer you another...

I can confirm the new mission windows are buggy.
I have one agent (with whom I have no active mission) who tells me he can't give me another until I finish my previous mission. But when I press "request mission" button from him, he offers one up.
And when you decline a mission in space, the cheery old agent says "come see me at the station then so we can firm up the details," as if you'd accepted rather than declined. (But it is indeed declined now)
Sometimes the agent window just hangs there blank and I have to close and reopen it.
...and there was another issue in the back of my mind, but I think its cloaked and avoiding me targeting it at the moment.
Also, a nagging issue, but I preferred leaving my mission details open after accepting so I could minimize it and get the pop-up when the objective completed. Now I have to go into the journal and click read details all over again to get the widow open and minimizable. We saved one click up front when viewing details only to generate 3 more clicks later to get the details open again.
Le sigh.
