Betting I'm wasting my time here because I'm doubting I'll receive anything but a negative answer but...
I was in the middle of running a plex when the server unexpectedly crashed. I of course lost all my T2 drones and more importantly the plex de-spawned. Can I petition either of those? They could probably give me more drones but I really don't know what they could do with a half completed plex which I doubt they'd 'cover' anyway even if they could.

Wow.... this is the most fail I've seen all day.
Long story short, no, you can't. Buy some new T2 drones, if you have them then you must be able to replace them.

Yeah but as I said, the drones aren't the issue. The issue is the 150+ mill from the lost plex, which I acknowledged is likely gone - I just wanted to double check.

Which is why I never asked for the isk, get my drift? I was wondering if they could respawn the plex.

I lost an escalation due to server crash and I was told by a GM that they have no tools for doing what you are asking.

which is probably true. On the other hand, if this is similar to the client lock-ups that have been posted on the forums as few times, (and which resulted in the first BSoD I've had in years last night) I suggest bug reporting the circumstances in the hopes that they can fix them.

Perhaps, instead of posting on the Forums (where nobody will help you), you could use the system that was put in place of dealing with situations like this and petition it. That's what an intelligent person might do.

Actually they've already received help, and saved the petition queue from one or two pointless petitions.
This plan worked out better.

Funny story,
The other night I was farming WC when the server crashed, lost my T2 drones. Nothing else really. The the server came back up and I did another pass at my farming run. Made enough to replace the drones.
The next day I did the farming run again and this time my drones were there waiting for me to scoop them up EXACTLY where they were when the server crashed the day before.
Pass 1: halfway through server crashes
Pass 2: One hour later, no drones, cleared room
Pass 3: 22 hours later, drones waiting patiently (in a full room) to be scooped up.
Go figure.
