If i set up a high sec pos and make it so it shoots anyone apart from blues that go near it, will concord come and reinforce my tower or just leave it?
edit: Also if i'm manning the guns when i shot a neutral at the POS in high sec would concord come and kill me/tower?

High sec POS can only be set to shoot war targets so it will not shoot reds/neuts you don't have a declared war against. Also if you man the guns it won't let you shoot reds/neuts you don't have a delcared war against. I don't think it will even let you target them.

Concord will not blow up your tower for 1 simple reason, you can't violate any rules using it.
You cannot shoot anyone who isn't at war with you or aggressed to you or your corp.
You can't shoot neutrals, or blues, or reds for that matter only those that match the conditions above.

Most likely that tower will turn your ship into refinables and blast your pod into liquids. That is, if CONCORD is not too late.
