Here is a screenie of the problem.
This basically started happening today. Things I've tried.
Switched color dephts and alpha channel. Relogged Clean cache and relog. (actually made it worse, at least the pics already on the cache were displaying fine, now they all display this crap, even my own.) There has been no vid driver changes at all nor any windows updates done. Anyone else having this problem?

1) Posting pics in the forums is against the rules. Please change it to a link before the mods see it.
2) I am guessing you have an ATi card
3) Eve uses a lot af AGP texturing
I have an ATi 9600 that I use to run at 8x AGP. I got alot of the same problems. I slackened it back to AGP 4x and have fixed all the problem textures I have had in the game.
Also update your motherboard drivers as these have AGP port drivers and that may also be your problem (it wasn't in my case)
If you own an AGP card, go into the display options & choose settings then advanced. From here choose Smartgart & slide the AGP slider down to 4x. This will require a re-start.
