This seems to have started with the latest patch, but every time I try to play, a get this strange glitch on everything - background models, the character model, UI features, the works. I've tried running the repair tool, and uninstalled and re-installed my client - no luck. All my graphics settings are set to low since my laptop is slow, but this doesn't happen on my desktop.
anybody else had this problem, or know how to fix it?

I've been having the same issue, though mine was fine this patch until I updated to the latest ATI driver. Despite hunting for a solution I have yet to find any details or info on this issue. |

Had a similar issue. Mine only appears in full screen mode, if I run it in windowed mode and just maximize the window I don't have the same issue.
Running on a Laptop, Win 7 64bit with an ATI Mobility Radeon HD graphics card. |

I run a Dual GFX setup, to use multiple accounts/monitors, The account running on my HD5800 series had no prolems with the latest drivers (12.4), but with my HD2400Pro i had the exact same problem as the OP.
Downgrading to version 12.3 fixed it right away. |
