There is no such thing as "stuck in WHs"
Right click ship/capacitor -> self destruct.
Wait 2 minutes.
If you were still in your ship, rinse repeat for pod.
Feel free to have ejected from ship and just leave it there (I would personally destroy it).
Tl;dr -> Subforum not needed.
