Hi i am trying to setup an excel document that will help me after mining:
Let me enter how much people are mining per min, and then from that find out how much the person mined over all in %. This is because say you have a 10 man mining opp some people will mine alot faster so its fair if they get more money.

Column 1: Enter each of the 10 names. Column 2: Enter their mining yield (enter their ship fitting plus skills in EFT to get that number). Column 3: Enter how many minutes they mined. Column 4: =Column3*Column2 to get the total amount they mined in m¦. Column 5: =Column4*iskpayout_per_m¦ to get the total amount of isk that you'll need to pay to each.
Is that what you wanted to know? lol

Not quite I was looking to do it without having to imput time. So lets say we had
1M ORE Player 1 : 150 Ore Per Min Player 2 :450 Ore Per Min ect
then from that work out in % how much of that 1M ore that helped in getting.

Column 1: names Column 2: yield (ore / min in m3) Column 3: add all values of column 2 together, put this number in all rows of column 3 (total ore/min) Column 4: column 2 / column 3 (gets you their individual percentage) Column 5: total ISK made from ore (again, same for all rows) Column 6: column 5 * column 4 (yields their cut)
Should work.

The above already answered this, but I thought I'd add to it.
You just need to calculate the percentage each person is contributing. Then, apply that percentage to the total yield. So, in your example (1M ore, p1 150/min, p2 450/min)
p1 = 250,000 ore = 25% = 150/(450+150) p2 = 750,000 ore = 75% = 450/(450+150)
